Shipping and Returns Policy

Our spirited products are lovingly crafted on demand and satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you're not happy with a purchase that you made through our store, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.

Please note that delivery times may increase substantially around holiday periods (especially during December). If you are wanting an item delivered in time for Christmas, it is advisable you order it before the 1st of December.

Additionally, COVID-19 has caused significant delays shipping to some countries (and even within countries) and in some cases delays can be several weeks.

Shipping Rates + Delivery

Fine Art Prints - Flat Rate $8 USD

Our fine art prints are hand printed and quality checked by the experts at theprintspace, the UK’s leading photo & fine art print provider. Worldwide shipping is available. Artworks are dispatched within 1 business day. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail signed for services.

Estimated delivery time frames are 3-4 business days after dispatch for the UK and Europe, and 5-7 business days for the rest of the world.

Phone Covers, Posters, Pillow Covers and Laptop Cases ~ $3 - $12 USD

Your order will be printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. More than half our our orders are shipped in 3 business days or fewer.

Once dispatched, as a general rule, postage times within the USA are 3-4 days, Canada 6-10 days, UK and Europe 3-5 days and Australia/ROW 12-14 days.

International Shipments

International shipments may incur customs charges. For each country the customs policy is different. The fee is usually calculated based on factors like weight, value, and size. We're sorry, but we are unable to take responsibility for customs fees.

Returns and Refunds

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made through our store, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.  As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. 

To return your product, please contact Amanda at humble.wanderer@wanderingspirits.global . Do not return it to the manufacturer without contacting us first as your return/refund may be compromised.

Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This should appear in your account generally within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made through our store, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.  As soon as it arrives, we'll send out your replacement item. Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defect in quality. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to Amanda at humble.wanderer@wanderingspirits.global.

Order Hasn't Arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days, be sure to let us know! Please note: COVID-19 has caused significant delays shipping to some countries (and even within countries) and in some cases, delays can be several weeks. If your country or region is currently in the middle of a lockdown, or there are restrictions on operations/business practices, then unfortunately there's a good chance that is why your parcel is delayed.

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with Amanda at humble.wanderer@wanderingspirits.global noting your order number. We'll see what we can do!
