Shipping and Returns
Please note, our spirited products are lovingly crafted on demand.
Our products are printed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.Estimated shipping delivery times for standard/economy shipping once your order is dispatched:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days if available from our EU or UK suppliers
- Australia: 3-5 business days if available from our AU supplier.
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Shipping times may be longer during peak gift-giving seasons (December). It is advisable that if you want a gift delivered in time for Christmas, that you place the order before 1 December to avoid delays in delivery.
International shipments may incur customs charges. For each country the customs policy is different. The fee is usually calculated based on factors like weight, value, and size.
Most of our products can be printed in the UK, USA, European Union and Australia. Please refer to the individual product pages for manufacturing locations. We will do our best to manufacture your product in the facility closest to your delivery location but occasionally this will not be possible if there is no stock available.
Please note that Throw Pillows and Acrylic Prints are ONLY manufactured in the USA and are likely to incur additional VAT charges outside of our control if you are shipping to the UK or an EU member state.

Order never arrived
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with Amanda at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We'll see what we can do!
Returns and Refunds
If you're not happy with a purchase that you made through our store, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
To return your product, please contact Amanda at email@example.com . Do not return it to the manufacturer without contacting us first as your return/refund may be compromised.
Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This should appear in your account generally within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
